Experience an extraordinary week of dance immersion at the Nacho Duato Academy, where tradition and innovation meet. This exclusive program offers dancers the opportunity to train with world-class teachers and gain insight into the professional world of dance.

During this intensive week, participants will take part in daily classes and workshops, including:

  • Classical Ballet — refine your technique with expert instructors

  • Pas de Deux — develop partnering skills with precision and artistry

  • Graham Technique — explore the depth of modern movement

  • Nacho Duato Repertoire — embody the choreographic language of a master

  • Escuela Bolera — discover Spain’s classical heritage with Aída Gómez

    🎬 Exclusive Access

    Gain rare behind-the-scenes access to observe rehearsals of the Compañía Nacho Duato, and—if he is in Spain during your stay—meet Mr. Nacho Duato himself.
    You’ll also have the chance to meet the company’s dancers and witness the creative process up close.

    🎓 Audition Opportunity

    Your One-Week Experience also serves as an audition for the Nacho Duato Academy or the Nacho Duato Trainee Program.
    This is a unique opportunity to be evaluated by the Academy’s artistic team in a real training environment — allowing them to see your potential and artistry over the course of the week

To apply for the ONE-WEEK EXPERIENCE, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Application Materials:
    • A CV detailing your dance experience and training.
    • A recent dance video (solo or performance) showcasing your abilities
  2. Submit Your Application:
    • Send all materials via email to audition@nachoduatoacademy.com  with the subject line: «ONE-WEEK APPLICATION – [Your Name]».
  3. Application Deadline:
    • Open throughout the year.
  4. Selection Process:
    • Selected dancers will be notified via email with further details.

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • The One-Week Experience can take place any week of your choice throughout the season.

  • You will join the Academy’s regular program as a student, attending classes at your level.

  • In addition, you’ll be invited to observe company rehearsals and participate in other Academy activities.

  • The Academy can assist with lodging arrangements (additional fees apply) and advise on visa-related matters for international participants.

  • 500€/ week of your choice
  • lodging is not included
